§03 What to confirm when sourcing several categories from one manufacturer

When a buyer sources across many categories from one manufacturer, the following are the points to confirm in writing for the order:

• Quality system. The company states its QC system follows ISO 13485 (manufacturer statement); whether certificate copies for the exact model can be supplied should be confirmed in writing per order.
• After-sales departments and service centres. The company maintains international sales and after-sales departments, and overseas service centers are listed in Europe, the USA, Australia and Hong Kong.
